Iceman came home from school on Nov 1st and told us that at school they talked about the weather and that it was supposed to snow overnight. His teacher told the students to do a snow dance so that they would have a snow day. The snow dance consisted of wearing pajamas inside out, doing a dance, and sleeping with a spoon under your pillow. Iceman did the snow dance, and the next morning Charlie was woken up by a 5:30am phone call letting us know that school was canceled because of the snow. So the snow dance worked and the boys had a blast!
Maverick shoveled all of the snow into a huge pile and then he made an igloo for the boys to play in. Here he is hard at work shoveling and digging out the ice cave.
